Enters New Growth Phase
Stockholm, 10 March 2026 – ClinStorage AB is pleased to announce that it has entered into a partnership with Rubicon Healthcare Partners, which will become the company’s new majority owner. The existing management team will remain in place and reinvest in the company.
ClinStorage has established itself as a trusted partner to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies by providing secure, regulatory-compliant storage and handling of clinical trial materials. In addition to temperature-controlled GMP storage, the company offers value-added clinical services including secondary packaging and labelling of investigational products, sourcing of comparator drugs for clinical studies, Qualified Person (QP) oversight, biobanking and controlled distribution of clinical trial materials to study sites. ClinStorage will continue to operate under its existing brand, leadership, and operational structure.
